This flag was left at a donation site for the Paralyzed Veterans of America. Whenever I have a donation to make I generally bring it to the Paralyzed Veterans collection point. My general cynicism about donations is tempered by the hope that whatever I have to give will be useful and meaningful to a disabled veteran.
